Gross Motor Skills Activity: (Monday)
~Take a pinwheel outside in the wind and watch it spin.
~Parent and child take turns being the north wind. Blow each other spinning (turning around as you move) across the room.
Fine Motor Skills Activity: (Friday)
Make
a Wind Sock! Tape crepe paper or ribbons onto the end of a paper
towel roll. Attach a string to both sides of the other end of the
roll. Take it outside and hang it in the wind.
Shape/Color (Tuesday)
This week you will teach the shape of a pentagon.
The letter this week is the letter U.
The number this week is the number 21.
The nursery rhyme this week is The North Wind Doth Blow. Recite often!
