Gross Motor Skills Activity: (Monday)
Reach
for the stars... walk on tip toe reaching for stars. (You could have
glow in the dark stars up on the ceiling.)
Jump
like a star... jump out like in jumping jacks and make a star shape.
All
these activities can be done with music playing in the background.
Fine Motor Skills Activity: (Friday)
Let your child put shiny gold or silver star stickers on a piece of black construction paper. Create the night sky.
Shape/Color (Tuesday)
This week you will teach the shape of a star.
The letter this week is the letter G.
The number this week is the number 7.
The nursery rhyme this week is Wee Willie Winkie. Recite often!
