Once
I met
a Giant
by
Katrina Lybbert
Once
I met a giant,
While
playing at the park,
I
had to look up very high,
His
hair was long and dark.
He
picked me up with his little finger,
And
to my surprise,
This
giant was so very gentle,
His
smile like the sunrise.
We
traveled all around the world,
We
played on land and shore,
We
made it back in just an hour,
But
I wanted to play more.
The
giant had to go he said,
But
if I came back tomorrow,
He
would take me to his home,
Away
above the rainbow.
