Sponge Walk
This activity requires about 4 sponges, soft and large enough for your toddler to walk on. Place the sponges in a path and help your toddler walk on the sponges in bare feet. You can have more sponges for a longer walk, or quickly bring the first 2 and place them at the front of the path as your toddler moves along. Talk about how the sponges feel on your toddler's feet. You could use dry or wet sponges.

The Hullabaloo ABC by Beverly Cleary
Proverbs 28:6
"Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich."
"The Friend" from Now We are Six by A. A. Milne
Suggestion: Teach the sign for BALL.
(Depending on the season of the year you can rearrange these suggestions to work for you -- see the outdoor games link above.)
Sand Play -- continue with ideas from last lesson. You could let your toddler touch and feel both dry and wet sand. How are they different?
Drawing to Music
Play different types of music as your toddler draws with crayons. Do you notice a change in the pattern of his drawing as the music changes? Try drawing with your toddler and explore different patterns and designs with the music. Your toddler may not be ready yet to change his drawing patterns along with the music, and this is just fine. This is just for fun!
Edo Komoriuta (Japanese) from the Lullabies Around the World CD
Stick Puppets
Make two stick puppets of matching shoes. When you recite the nursery rhyme you can hide one of the shoes as Betty loses it, and then bring it back at the appropriate time. You could also make a puppet of a bird to use when reviewing the foreign language vocabulary word. Paint stirring sticks work great!
Choose from the list of suggestions according to the current season.
